Sometimes, I feel like I have lived 100 lives all rolled into one but today, thanks to our crazy ‘Life Change Experiment', a 7 year quest to 33 countries to find the meaning of life, my heart is set on sharing the incredible wisdom, love and renewal, I discovered first-hand through this spiritual adventure. 

Now, alongside my businesses, I like to think of what I do as Spiritual Freedom Fighting. Helping others battle the soul-destroying epidemic of 'keeping up appearances', counterfeit happiness and hollow lives. Breaking the bonds of anxiety, hopelessness, low self-worth and all those other culturally taboo emotions we are not supposed to admit to on social media.
